New House!

We put a bid on a house!

There are a lot of decorative items that we'll clear out - the inside of the house is covered in horses and frills - but it's about 2500 square feet on 2.25 acres. And it's about 10 minutes from Bill's new job. We've agreed that the sellers need to pass a water safety test on their well, and we need to sell our house first, but other than those two things, it's all set up for financing and transfer.
